We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. Channel lineups, VOD libraries, and features are subject to change without prior notification.

04 Account Registration & Security

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and M3U/MAG portal details).
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

05 Subscription Plans & Payments

We offer various subscription plans with different durations and features. By subscribing, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.
• We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (where available).
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

06 Refund Policy

We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds are not available if your account has been terminated due to a violation of these Terms.
• Free trial users are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

07 Acceptable Use Policy

• Force majeure events including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory actions.

Our stated 99.9% uptime is a target, not a contractual guarantee. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks.
• Excessive concurrent streaming beyond your plan's limits.
• Extended periods of inactivity (accounts inactive for over 12 months may be deleted).

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You remain liable for any outstanding payments.

11 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the service will be corrected.

12 Limitation of Liability
